Senior solicitor promoted to salaried partner
Moore Blatch has announced that it has promoted senior solicitor, Fiona Heald, from the Court of Protection team in the Lymington office to become a partner.
Fiona has worked in Hampshire law firms as a private client lawyer for 23 years and has been at Moore Blatch for just over 2 years.
Fiona is head of the firm's Court of Protection team. She typically covers diverse issues such as provision of care, discharge from hospital and care fees. She also assists her client in dealing with their property and financial affairs and can put in place the necessary arrangements and legal structures, often involving powers of attorney or deputyships, trusts and wills.
Fiona is an accredited trust & estate practitioner, a dementia friends champion and a fellow of the association of taxation technicians. She is also a member of the society of trust & estate practitioners and treasurer of the solicitors for the elderly, south central division.
