Firm strengthens venture capital team with partner hire

Fladgate has announced the appointment of Janine Suttie as partner within its venture capital (VC) practice.

Janine joins from a leading global VC fund, giving her an understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by both investors and entrepreneurs in today’s fast-paced venture ecosystem. She brings experience in VC and growth capital transactions, having advised investors, founders and companies at all stages of the investment lifecycle.

With a track record of working on detailed briefs and complex financing rounds, Janine has built a reputation for providing pragmatic, commercially driven advice to her clients, with her addition to the team reinforcing Fladgate’s commitment to delivering dynamic and agile solutions for VC clients across the UK and wider European landscape.
