Fladgate LLP has announced that Josh Swerner will join as a partner in its corporate team, effective 24 February 2025, making him the tenth lateral partner hire for the firm this month.

His breadth of experience allows him to provide tailored guidance to clients, addressing complex regulatory, constitutional and structural challenges in corporate law.

His recent experience includes assisting Normec Group on multiple acquisitions in the testing, inspections, certification and compliance sector, advising private equity firm Limerston Capital with numerous bolt-on acquisitions, and supporting the managers of Phenna Group on their equity arrangements as part of a major investment by Oakley Capital.
