Partner appointments bolster litigation offering

Fladgate LLP has strengthened its litigation capabilities with the appointment of three partners.

David Breslin is a commercial litigator who specialises in international arbitration and insurance and reinsurance cases. Tim Foley is a new partner in the property team handling contentious real estate matters. Finally, John Ford is a commercial litigator with expertise in trusts, civil fraud and art disputes.

The firm’s head of litigation Simon Ekins said: ‘We are very excited to expand the team with such reputable names in the domestic and international litigation markets. David, Tim and John will be a natural fit for Fladgate and their broad range of experience will make them an excellent addition to the firm as we continue to expand our disputes team.’

Fladgate’s chairman Richard Reuben added: ‘The appointments of David, Tim and John and promotion of four partners internally—namely Jamie Hamilton (corporate, venture capital), Sam Tye (corporate, projects and infrastructure), Amanda Hado-Bodfield (real estate) and Mike Tremeer (employment)—reflect the opportunities for high calibre lawyers at Fladgate, both lateral and organic. We are delighted to welcome them to the partnership and look forward to their contribution to our continuing success.’
