Foot Anstey—Jasmine Olomolaiye

Investigations and corporate crime specialist joins as partner

Foot Anstey has appointed Jasmine Olomolaiye as a partner in its investigations and corporate crime team, bolstering the firm’s risk and regulatory offering. She joins after 12 years at Linklaters, where she advised corporates and financial institutions on internal and regulatory investigations, corporate crime and sanctions.

Olomolaiye has particular experience supporting clients in utilities, infrastructure, financial services and private equity, and is recognised by Legal 500 as a key lawyer for regulatory investigations and corporate crime. Her work includes complex cross-border investigations involving financial and non-financial misconduct, as well as sanctions and financial crime compliance.

Managing partner Martin Hirst said: ‘Jasmine brings significant experience advising on complex investigations and corporate crime matters, particularly for clients operating in highly regulated sectors.’ He added: ‘We are delighted that Jasmine will be strengthening our investigations and corporate crime practice … as we continue to expand our risk and regulatory offering.’

Olomolaiye said: ‘Foot Anstey has real momentum nationally and a clear ambition,’ adding that ‘it is particularly meaningful to join a firm whose commitment to responsible business aligns closely with my own values.’
