Lancashire office brings trusts & probate expert on board

North West firm Forbes Solicitors has welcomed associate Ben Wilson to its Lancashire office. He joins the firm after more than three years in the commercial litigation department of Myerson in Altrincham.

Ben specialises in handling contentious trusts and probate matters, such as disputes stemming from wills and inheritance issues. Commenting on his arrival, he said: ‘I am delighted to have started at Forbes, and I am looking forward to working with the team to grow and develop the Contentious Trusts and Probate offering.’

Head of dispute resolution Tom Smith added: ‘I am pleased to welcome Ben to the team. He is a true specialist in the area, having developed expertise in claims relating to Wills, Trusts and Inheritance over the last few years. I have no doubt that he will use his experience, knowledge and energy to get great results for existing and new clients alike.’
