Forrester Sylvester Mackett—Steve Watson

Wiltshire and Somerset firm appoints head of marketing

Forrester Sylvester Mackett (FSM) has appointed Steve Watson as its new head of marketing, strengthening its commitment to strategic growth and deepening community engagement. Watson, who has more than two decades of experience in brand development, campaign delivery and digital communications, joins at what he describes as ‘a fantastic time’ for the firm.

Working alongside FSM’s existing marketing and events manager, Watson will form part of a dedicated in-house team aimed at delivering a more connected and forward-thinking approach to communications. His remit spans the firm’s six offices across Wiltshire and Somerset, with a focus on evolving the FSM brand while maintaining its strong local identity.

‘FSM has a proud history and a clear commitment to delivering a truly personal service,’ said Watson. ‘I’m looking forward to building on the great work already in place and to evolve the brand in a way that reflects the people, values and expertise behind everything we do.’

Welcoming the appointment, senior partner Michael Cavalla added: ‘Steve’s insight, experience and energy will play an important role in shaping the future of the firm’s brand. His arrival coincides with the launch of our flagship office in Frome, underlining our dedication to being at the heart of the high street.’
