City law firm welcomes new solicitor
Carter Lemon Camerons has welcomed a new solicitor to its litigation department.
Francesca Flood has expertise in areas including property fraud, insolvency, professional negligence and shareholder and partnership disputes. She also has a wealth of experience of banking litigation, including cases relating to the mis-selling of SWAP agreements and other hedging products. Francesca previously acted in the largest fraud case ever brought against a well-known high street bank, connected to the mis-selling of a hedging instrument linked to the LIBOR rate.
Seamus Smyth, head of Carter Lemon Camerons’ litigation department, said: “We are delighted to welcome Francesca to the team.
“She has experience working for clients in a broad range of sectors and further expands the firm’s expertise in handling banking disputes.”
