Freeths—Ben Pariser

Housebuilding team welcomes land specialist as partner in Bristol

Freeths has appointed partner Ben Pariser to its Bristol office, further strengthening its housebuilding & strategic land team. Ben (pictured, second left) joins from Shoosmiths, where he was national head of residential development, and previously held a partnership role at DAC Beachcroft.

With over two decades of experience, Ben advises FTSE-listed national housebuilders, regional developers and public-private partnerships. His expertise spans complex residential schemes, including urban extensions, joint ventures, equity and debt funded acquisitions, and projects involving Homes England and local authorities. He is known for his work on both immediate and strategic land matters.

Ben’s client base closely aligns with Freeths’ recent panel wins, which include major names such as Barratt Redrow, Vistry, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway, Tilia, Keepmoat, Hill Group and Berkeley Group. Patrick Adie, national head of housebuilding & strategic land, said: ‘Attracting such a high-calibre lawyer as Ben really demonstrates how we have established ourselves as a destination firm for top talent.’

Commenting on his move, Ben said: ‘I’m delighted to be joining Freeths at such an exciting time… the firm has an unwavering dedication to the housebuilding industry. The values of the firm have really impressed me, with a very clear, people-focused strategy and an open, collaborative culture.’
