Gardner Leader—Ash Sanger

New family law expert strengthens Gardner Leader’s senior team and extends firm’s reach in Windsor with new office

South East Law firm Gardner Leader has appointed highly experienced family solicitor, Ash Sanger, as a consultant at the firm. Ash will be working out of the firm’s Maidenhead office and expanding the team’s reach and services in Windsor with a new branch.

Ash has vast experience in family law proceedings across many different areas including Children’s Act Proceedings, divorce, separation, financial matters following divorce and mediation.  She also specialises in private client work and is highly proficient in inheritance protection: drafting wills, estate administration and probate matters, lasting powers of attorney and deputyships.

After practicing law in the City and the Thames Valley for over 14 years, Ash founded her own law firm, Allwyn Sanger, in Windsor. Having completed an MBA at Henley Management College in 2000, she was recognised by The Times as ‘taking the lead amongst practicing solicitors in recognising the importance of applying modern business practices to ensure that their firms are client-led and provide effective and efficient service’.

Derek Rodgers, managing partner at Gardner Leader said of Ash’s appointment: “We are delighted to be working with Ash, who is highly regarded for her skill, experience and exemplary and bespoke approach to family law and to have opened up a new office for the firm in Windsor at the same time.

She is renowned for providing excellent counsel and service, listening to client needs and protecting their interests, with a flexible approach. Her reputation has thrived on building long lasting relationships with both clients and contacts.”

Ash will be based in both the Gardner Leader’s Maidenhead office and in her existing office which is now the new Gardner Leader Windsor office.

Ash said: 'I’m really happy to be joining Gardner Leader, working with its 130 strong experienced and diverse team, and very excited to be extending its services to my existing client base in and around Windsor, while servicing the firm’s clients in the Thames Valley, nationally and globally.'

In addition to the new Windsor office, Gardner Leader has four branches across the South East in Newbury, Thatcham, Maidenhead and London.
