Senior associate bolsters corporate capabilities

South East firm Gardner Leader has welcomed corporate and commercial specialist Michal Freeman-Shor to the practice as a senior associate.

With eight years of experience in the corporate law field, Michal offers expertise handling M&A deals and IPOs both nationally and across borders. She is dual qualified to practise in both the UK and Israel, and speaks English, Russian and Hebrew. She is also a Law Society Ambassador as part of the Back to Law programme, and previously acted as director of Maidenhead Synagogue.

Michal said of her appointment: ‘My greatest interest is in helping people and companies achieve viable and legally workable commercial success. I enjoy advising companies throughout various stages of their operations and look forward to bringing these skills to Gardner Leader.’
