Firm names 15 new partners

Goodwin has announced that 15 lawyers, including London-based private equity specialist, Gemma Roberts, have been elected to the partnership.

She represents private equity and venture funds, management teams, corporates, financial institutions and entrepreneurs. Her practice spans leveraged buyouts, corporate restructurings, management incentive schemes, as well as general corporate matters and portfolio work. She is a member of the firm’s private equity group.

“We are delighted to welcome Gemma to the partnership,” said David Evans, London Office Chair. “Her promotion is another important strategic step in the expansion of our European private equity capabilities, following the appointment of Richard Lever and Simon Fulbrook in London last year and our subsequent openings in Frankfurt and Paris.”
