Double hire for employment firm
Boutique firm GQ Employment Law has announced the hiring of two new lawyers, Natasha Adom and Mark Callaghan. Their appointments continue a period of growth within the firm, which in May 2017 merged with global employment firm Littler.
Natasha Adom (pictured) has rejoined GQ as senior counsel. She previously spent two years as a senior associate at GQ from 2015 to 2017, and offers a wide range of experience in employment issues, including disciplinary procedures, contractual matters, and litigation. She has also previously spent a year as managing editor of online legal information company Sparqa.
Mark Callaghan has moved from CMS to GQ as a senior associate. He provides ample expertise in the employment field, spanning advisory matters, transactional issues, and contentious cases in the courts and employment tribunals.
GQ founding partner Jon Gilligan said: ‘We’re delighted to continue the growth of the firm, to be demonstrating the success of our merger with Littler and to be proving our ability to compete as a boutique with the leading full-service firms. We’re very happy to welcome Mark and to welcome back Natasha. They will help us ensure we continue to meet clients’ demands and expectations for excellent, risk-based employment advice.’
