Specialist employment law firm GQ|Littler has announced the addition of Caroline Baker to the firm’s partnership.
Caroline joined the firm in 2011 after more than three years with Slaughter and May. She advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of employment law, from board level exits and restructures to managing employment tribunal litigation. She also offers particular experience in advising financial services sector employers and dealing with associated remuneration structures and regulatory issues.
Founding partner Jon Gilligan said: ‘Caroline joined GQ|Littler when the firm was only a year old and she has been integral to our growth and success since then. She thoroughly deserves this promotion.’
Caroline Baker added: ‘I’m excited to start the next stage of my career with GQ|Littler. There are some huge opportunities for specialist firms like ours and I’m keen to further develop our client base, and make the most of my expertise in the financial services and insurance sectors.’
