New head of firm’s London office
Mason Hayes & Curran has appointed Graeme Bell as the new head of the firm’s London office.
Graeme is a partner in the firm’s corporate team and specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and insolvency. He advises clients across a variety of sectors with particular expertise in the areas of energy and technology.
Graeme joined Mason Hayes & Curran in 2016, having previously practised with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in London and New York and before that with Ashurst in London and Frankfurt.
