Disputes firm announces trio of litigation promotions

Disputes firm Grosvenor Law has announced three promotions. Ben Wolfe has been promoted to partner, recognising his significant contribution to the firm’s practice since joining Grosvenor Law in 2011. Specialising in complex, high-value disputes, Ben has over a decade’s experience advising international businesses and high-net-worth individuals on matters involving asset tracing, trusts and allegations of fraud and breach of duty.

Alongside this, the firm has announced that Ganesh Nanwani and Adam Kelman have been promoted to Of Counsel and Managing Associate respectively.

Regularly instructed on cross-jurisdictional matters, Ganesh has wide-ranging experience advising on shareholder and fraud disputes, while Adam’s practice focuses on pursuing high value debts and disputes around commercial contracts. Their expertise across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions highlights the firm’s continued commitment to providing its clients with bespoke strategy and advice both pre and post litigation.

Commenting on his appointment to partner, Ben said: 'Having first walked through the doors of the firm as a paralegal, I have experienced first-hand the growth and development of Grosvenor Law and am delighted to have been appointed as a Partner. I look forward to continuing to fight for our clients in some of the UK’s most complex and high-stakes disputes, and witnessing the firm’s continued growth and success.'

Managing partner Daniel Astaire further commented: 'Ben, Ganesh and Adam embody our ethos at Grosvenor Law – strong and able litigators who have proved themselves to be a true asset to the firm. These appointments reflect our continuing growth as we look to strengthen our position as a leading disputes practice within the London legal market.'

These promotions, effective as of 1 May, take the firm’s total number of partners to eight.
