Review postponed in order to hold further meeting
The Civil Justice Council costs committee has postponed its review of guideline hourly rates for fee earners. The committee had been due to complete its report by mid-April, but will hold a further meeting in mid-May to finalise the figures it is recommending and the geographic bands. The recommendations will then be put forward to the Master of the Rolls.
