Licensing specialist joins Harrison Clark Rickerbys
Stewart Wright (right) has joined Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ licensing and regulatory team as a consultant. Stewart is experienced in local government licensing, having worked at both Dudley and Sandwell councils.
He has been a legal manager and solicitor within local government legal departments for the past 27 years, where he was responsible for licensing law, regulatory law and corporate governance. He has a particular specialism in the field of private hire and taxi licensing. Stewart has advised extensively on the drafting of policy and procedure, and in committee as well as representing the council at court.
Stewart said: ‘I am delighted to be joining the firm as a consultant—the team has an excellent reputation and I look forward to working with them and adding my experience to their expertise.’
