Firm grows London business services team with trio of partner hires

Commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has strengthened its London office with three senior partner appointments. Helen Foley joins the commercial employment team, Charlotte Fallon will head up corporate tax, and Gary Parnell bolsters the commercial team. The additions reflect continued growth in the firm’s business services group, which now contributes over half of its annual turnover.

Fiona Parry, head of business services, said the appointments ‘reflect our commitment to continuing to strengthen our business services capabilities both in the city and nationally’. She added that the firm’s London office ‘has been on a strong growth trajectory over the last few years’, having added 11 partners to the business services group in the past year.

Helen Foley, joining from Duane Morris, said: ‘With the Employment Rights Bill transforming how businesses navigate employment matters, now is an especially interesting time to be advising clients. I’m looking forward to contributing to Hill Dickinson’s continued success.’

New corporate tax partner Charlotte Fallon said it was ‘a great time to be joining Hill Dickinson’s London office’, adding that she was eager to ‘support clients with clear and practical tax advice’. Gary Parnell described Hill Dickinson as ‘a firm that is hard to ignore, with consecutive years of strong growth’, saying he looks forward to using his expertise to ‘support clients across the UK’.
