New partner brings another perspective to criminal defence team at Hodge Jones & Allen
Atiyah Malik, a criminal defence solicitor experienced in regulatory and criminal law has joined London law firm Hodge Jones & Allen (HJA) as a partner from Osborn Abas Hunt.
Atiyah was previously a partner in Berrymans Lace Mawer’s Safety, Health & Environment department. Her specialist areas are health and safety, environmental, regulatory defence and compliance work. She is a regular commentator on health and safety issues, writing in legal journals and speaking at national conferences.
She becomes the ninth partner in HJA’s crime team.
