Firm boosts employment team
Hodge Jones & Allen has appointed Homa Wilson as a senior associate to its employment team boosting the team led by partner Rhian Radia.
Homa joins from Slater & Gordon where she has worked for eight years advising employees, mainly senior executives, on all areas of employment law. Among her cases, she has advised on complex director disputes, multi discrimination and whistleblowing claims and negotiated high value settlements for her clients.
Having started her legal career in the employment team at Edwards Duthie in 2004, Homa moved to Webster Dixon Solicitors in 2006, where she advised employees and employers in a mix of contentious and non-contentious work.
A qualified practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming, Homa is a member of the Discrimination Law Association, the Employment Lawyers Association and the Association of Women Solicitors. At Hodge Jones & Allen, Homa will be responsible for working with both employees and employers.
