How legal firms can tackle the agile challenge: FREE webinar

Long-term agile working is the topic for debate in the latest Lockdown CX webinar this Thursday, 11 June at 11am

Law firms have adapted to remote working during the COVID-19 crisis, and some firms have already revealed plans to downsize their central office and make remote working the new norm.

In this webinar, DWF director of facilities & property Karl Warmbold shares his firm’s experience of organisational agility both pre- and during-the pandemic. He will be joined by Moore Barlow’s head of facilities & premises Victoria Dunn, who will talk about agile working at her own firm including managing a merger in the middle of lockdown.

Also joining the discussion are Bernadette Bennett, business development lead for legal at telephone answering and live chat provider Moneypenny, which supports more than 1,000 legal firms across the UK and Ann Clarke, deputy managing director of interior design and fit-out business Claremont, which designs agile legal workplaces.

Webinar host, Clare Fanner from legal marketing business Find Get Grow said: ‘In the face of COVID-19 and the countless challenges it presents, many legal firms have had to adapt to remote working almost overnight. Now, with some planning to downsize their city centre offices permanently, overhaul their front of house experience and make remote working the new norm, it raises an important question, how can firms embrace organisational agility in the long term and keep building essential flexibility into their operations?’
