Howard Kennedy—Paul Moran

London firm strengthens real estate team with partner appointment

London law firm Howard Kennedy has appointed Paul Moran as a partner in its real estate team. Moran joins from Gowling WLG and brings extensive experience advising across the full real estate lifecycle, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, strategic asset management, development projects and portfolio financing.

He has advised on complex, high-value matters across a range of sectors including living, real estate investment and retail & leisure. His practice covers development and forward funding arrangements as well as financing for acquisition and refinancing of assets held within wider client portfolios.
