Hunters Law—Caroline Foulger

Firm strengthens private client team with partner hire

London multidisciplinary law firm Hunters Law LLP (Hunters) has announced that Caroline Foulger has joined the firm as partner in the private client department.

Caroline’s arrival bolsters the firm’s rapidly growing private client department, now a team of 19 lawyers, and strengthens the department’s current expertise and offerings for clients.

Bringing with her a breadth of knowledge of the many different aspects of private client work, Caroline mainly specialises in advising on tax planning, trusts, Wills and probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Additionally, she has extensive experience advising on estate administration and Court of Protection work.

Caroline Foulger commented: 'I am delighted to be joining Hunters as a partner in its highly regarded and established private client team, which holds a prominent position in the market. With my niche expertise in advising family and owner-managed businesses on estate and succession planning, I’m excited to contribute to the firm’s continued growth and success.'

Partner and joint head of the private client department, Matthew Yates added: 'Caroline’s appointment represents our commitment to sustained growth at Hunters, as well as strengthening our client offering with our cross-departmental collaboration and expertise. We are thrilled to have Caroline’s extensive knowledge as part of our growing practice.'

Hunters now comprises 28 partners and 27 associates across its departments.
