The Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI) is seeking the assistance of immigration practitioners who represent or advise undocumented migrants seeking to regularise their status in the UK.
JCWI would like as many immigration lawyers as possible to respond to its short 'Routes to Regularisation Research Survey', accessible through the JCWI website. It should only take five minutes and is fully anonymous. Earlier this year, the charity warned that the government’s EU settled status scheme ‘exactly mirrors the makings of last year’s Windrush scandal―but on a much larger scale’. Find the survey here.
