Devereux has announced that Ingrid Simler QC has been elected to succeed Colin Edelman QC as head of chambers.

Ingrid takes up the position with immediate effect and will hold the office for five years. In 2011 Devereux was nominated as “client service set of the year” for the Chambers UK Bar Awards.

Commenting on her election as head of chambers, Ingrid says: “Devereux is a place where people can fulfil their ambitions. My goal as the new head of chambers is to build on these achievements and continue to strengthen the cohesiveness and collegiality, across all practice areas.”
