The Divisional Court dismissed the claimant’s application for judicial review of the defendant Chief Constable’s provision of material to counterparts in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (Northern Cyprus). The provision of the material had not amounted to an act of recognition by the United Kingdom of Northern Cyprus in breach of domestic law and co-operation other than under the Crime International Co-operation Act 2003 was permitted.
