North-west firm expands regional teams with trio of solicitor appointments

Jackson Lees Group has welcomed three new solicitors to its Liverpool, Wirral and Southport offices, strengthening its wills, litigation and property teams. Angelika Motycka, Tim Passmore and Holly Duncanson join the firm’s wills, trusts and probate, civil and commercial litigation, and commercial property departments respectively.

Angelika Motycka (pictured, centre) arrives from Hill Dickinson, bringing expertise in estate planning, powers of attorney, and trust administration. She is also treasurer of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ Liverpool branch. ‘I feel very excited to start my journey with Jackson Lees,’ she said, adding that she looks forward to ‘helping clients and developing my technical expertise’.

Tim Passmore (left), previously at a Chester-based firm, handles a broad range of litigation matters including debt recovery and complex commercial disputes. He said: ‘To work for a firm which promotes positive values and provides me with a platform to make a difference for my clients is extremely rewarding.’

Holly Duncanson (right) joins from Stephensons Solicitors, advising on acquisitions, leasehold property, pension transactions and refinancing. Her clients include SMEs, housing associations and charities. ‘I’m delighted to join Jackson Lees as I take the next step in my legal career,’ she said.

Managing director Esther Leach praised the trio’s ‘wealth of expertise’ and alignment with the firm’s values.
