Consultant solicitor appointed to commercial property team
Chancery Lane-based Keystone Law has appointed James Goff, to its market leading commercial property team.
City-trained James arrives having specialised in commercial property for over a decade. Noted as a leading bridging finance expert, his client base comprises businesses, of all sizes, involved in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties of all types.
In particular, James has acted for the likes of Valad, in addition to a range of fund managers, property companies and institutional investors.
His experience in advising lenders has seen him complete on a huge range of highly unique and bespoke deals due to the specialised nature of his knowledge and expertise.
Prior to joining Keystone, James spent time at leading City law firm Taylor Wessing, where he trained, as well as US firm Reed Smith. He also spent a period of time working in-house with a well-known property investment company.
