Private client team strengthened with triple appointment

JE Bennett Law has announced three appointments to its growing private client team, with Rob Sullivan joining as senior associate, Samantha Watson as senior paralegal and Talia Higgins stepping into a new role as junior paralegal. The hires reflect the firm’s expanding national reputation in areas including Court of Protection, Power of Attorney and Personal Injury Trusts.

Rob (pictured), with over a decade of experience in trusts and tax, said he feels ‘lucky to be part of such an exciting growth period’ and is focused on delivering tailored support to diverse clients. Sam brings three years’ expertise in wills, trusts and probate, and said she is ‘really passionate about helping people plan for the future with clarity, care and confidence’. Both emphasised their alignment with the firm’s client-first ethos.

Senior partner Richard Shearing welcomed the new joiners, noting the team’s commitment to helping clients ‘have peace of mind’ while protecting their interests. Founder Jane Bennett added: ‘It is always a joy to recruit new staff whose values align with ours’, crediting the firm’s ethos of empowerment for its continued growth.
