Jersey managing partner elected as Academician
Mourant Ozannes' Jersey managing partner, Jonathan Speck, has been elected as an Academician of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.
A Jersey advocate, Jonathan was called to the English Bar in 1990 and sworn in as a Jersey advocate in 1994. He specialises in commercial litigation, principally involving high value and complex contentious and non-contentious trust cases in Jersey.
Jonathan said: 'It is a real honour to be elected for membership of this esteemed organisation, which brings together practitioners from all over the world who are committed to sharing knowledge for the continued improvement and development of the law. I am very grateful to my partners and team at Mourant Ozannes who support me.'
