Firm boosts private client team with partner hire

Kingsley Napley has appointed Kiran Vasudeva as a partner in its private client team, reinforcing its expertise in Court of Protection and deputyship work. Vasudeva, who joins from JMW’s London office, has extensive experience in personal injury trusts, estate planning, and probate matters. ‘I’m very much looking forward to continuing my practice at Kingsley Napley,’ she says.

With a strong track record in managing funds for individuals who have lost mental capacity due to injury or illness, Vasudeva also specialises in financial abuse cases and contested deputyship applications. Head of private client James Ward welcomes her arrival, stating, ‘Kiran is well regarded for her excellent client service and will be a great fit for our growing team.’

Alongside this appointment, Kingsley Napley has launched the Kingsley Napley Trust Corporation, designed to streamline the management of deputyships, trusteeships, and estate administration. Ward adds, ‘This new entity enhances our offering and reinforces our commitment in the private wealth sphere.’ Vasudeva’s appointment and the trust corporation launch mark a significant expansion of the firm’s private client capabilities.
