Firm promotes two practitioners
Industrial disease specialist law firm Roberts Jackson, has promoted two of its up-and-coming practitioners, Koyes Ahmed and Mardin Ali.
Mardin has been promoted to associate solicitor and will specialise in industrial disease claims, in particular noise induced hearing loss, occupational dermatitis and asthma claims. She started working for Roberts Jackson five years ago in November 2011 in the marketing department, working her way up to fee earner. Shortly after, Mardin became a trainee solicitor gaining a training contract due to her determination and her success in settling a vast amount of cases at the firm. Mardin is now a manager and solicitor handling a varied case load whilst working on the day to day management of the firm.
In his new role as associate, Koyes will be specialising in industrial disease claims, in particular noise induced hearing loss, occupational dermatitis and asthma claims. He also plays a significant part in the proper execution and implementation of various management projects aimed at the improvement of the firm’s efficiency, productivity and speed of the processes. Koyes also runs a team of fee earners ranging from litigation executives to qualified solicitors.
