New associate for Laurus’ family team as Victoria Teymourian-Yates joins the firm

Fast growing London firm Laurus has recruited Victoria Teymourian-Yates as an associate in the firm’s family team.

With nearly a decade of experience as a family lawyer, Victoria is experienced in advising on all aspects of family law including complex financial arrangements and on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Victoria has particular expertise in advising on cases which involve domestic abuse and private children matters.

As a member of Resolution, Victoria always seeks to promote a constructive and holistic approach to family law matters which always prioritises the interests of any children. Victoria joins from Tees Law.

Victoria is a keen advocate of pro bono work. She has volunteered with the Citizens Advice Bureau and also supported law students at Anglia Ruksin University.

William Hogg, a partner in the family team said: 'We are proud to have built up a reputation for our non-adverisal approach to family law matters which tends to work in the best interests of all those involved. We are delighted that Victoria shares our ethos and values and we warmly welcome her to the team.'

Victoria said: 'My short time with Laurus has already exceeded my expectations. As a young, ambitious firm, Laurus is an exciting, friendly and supportive place to work. I have been hugely impressed with the calibre of the family team’s cases, which are often high value and complex, but also with the firm’s commitment to ensuring that every client receives a first class service regardless of the value of their matter.'
