The newly created department will provide advice and services on a full range of family law matters including international and domestic divorces; dissolution of civil partnerships; pre- and post-nuptial agreements; financial claims and settlements; cohabitation agreements; mediation and child arrangement orders.
With a team of lawyers experienced in acting for HNWIs, foreign nationals, non-domiciles, entrepreneurs, politicians and sports professionals, the new practice will be multi-lingual, offering a variety of services in English, German, Tamil and Gujarati. Further details about the industry-leading practitioners joining the team will be announced shortly.
The addition of Lawrence Stephens’ Family department marks an exciting step forward in the expansion and growth of the firm, which celebrates its 25th anniversary next year.
