LNB NEWS: CIArb launches webinar on UK ratifying and signing Singapore Convention on Mediation

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) has announced that a webinar on the UK’s intention to ratify the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation (Singapore Convention) will take place at 10 am on 21 June 2023. 

Lexis®Library update: The Singapore Convention came into force on 12 September 2020 and has been signed by 56 countries and ratified by 11. The UK signed the Singapore Convention on 3 May 2023.
