The First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) has published a January 2021 update to its User guide.

The guide takes account of changes to procedure as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. It includes a plan for January 2021 to June 2021.

It also contains three appendices on:

• technology

• the Presidential Practice Statement No 2 of 2020: Arrangements during the Covid-19 Pandemic

• a relevant list of web links of assistance including the judiciary’s response to the coronavirus pandemic​
