LNB NEWS: HMCTS introduces new digital support service

HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has offered a free national digital support service to help users who cannot get online or cannot access the internet or a computer.

Lexis®Library update: If customers need help completing forms, the service centre staff at the Courts and Tribunals Service Centre will refer customers to the digital support service.

Digital support services are offered on many online services. For instance, digital support will be available for the online money claims service.

Information on how to make a court claim for money can be accessed here.
