LNB news: HMCTS publishes latest hearing and trial dates for London Technology and Construction Court

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has published the latest London Technology and Construction Court hearing and trial dates, which outline the earliest available dates for hearings and trials based on how long they are expected to last
Lexis®Library update: For hearings, the earliest date for hearings lasting from 30 minutes to one day is March 2021, and for CMC hearings lasting from 30 minutes to half a day, June 2021. For trials, the earliest date for trials lasting between one and three days is April 2021, and for those trials lasting one week or more, February 2022.
