LNB NEWS: The Chancery Lane Project and TLT create built environment contract solutions tool

The Chancery Lane Project (TCLP) and UK law firm TLT have worked jointly to create an interactive built environment contract solutions tool to help drafters find climate clauses and sustainability solutions which can be applied throughout the building lifecycle. 

Lexis®Library update: It highlights documents typically used at each stage, points to TCLP contract clauses, highlights sustainability issues to consider and suggests climate solutions. The aim of the drafting tool is the help practitioners consider the environmental impact of arrangements and how to use the law to address decarbonisation and sustainability goals.
