The Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced a new £100m package to aid the Ukrainian defence

Lexis®Library update: The pledge comes with Johnson’s visit to Ukraine to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. In addition, Johnson has confirmed further World Bank lending to Ukraine of £385m. He also reiterated his support for Ukraine and that the UK is moving away from Russian hydrocarbons on top of the current sanctions.
