Firm adds two to Manchester office
Browne Jacobson has continued its Manchester expansion with the appointment of solicitors Lois Murphy and Michael Parkinson.
Lois joins the firm’s health team from Hempsons Solicitors in Manchester where she worked in the healthcare advisory & healthcare litigation team. She handled clinical negligence claims for the NHS Litigation Authority, appeared on behalf of NHS trust clients at inquests and assisted with advisory issues such as withdrawal of treatment and applications to the Court of Protection in respect of deprivation of liberty. Lois will support the growth of the firm’s national healthcare law practice.
Michael joins from Bolton law firm Winder Taylor Smith. Michael’s specialism lies in residential and commercial property transactions including sale and purchase transactions, help to buy, right to buy, repossession, exchanges and completions and conveyancing.
