London merger

London top 100 firm Russell-Cooke has merged with Notting Hill-based Alan Edwards & Co, as of 1 September 2015. According to Russell-Cooke, the merger will boost its residential property team in several areas including enfranchisement and lease extensions and specialist advice to housing co-operatives and tenant management organisations. John Gould, senior partner, says: “Over a thousand of our clients are already based in Kensington, and this merger will improve the service we can offer them in this important area.”
