Firm expands trusts & estates team
Hart Brown has announced the appointment of a new partner in its trusts & estates team. In addition, an existing team member achieves expert qualification.
Louise Harrhy has joined the trusts & estates team as partner in the Cranleigh office, moving from Charles Russell Speechlys. A member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Louise is highly experienced in probate applications and estate administration especially matters involving offshore assets. She advises on all areas of private client work encompassing both lifetime and estate planning for high net worth individuals, which includes will drafting and trust formation, administration and taxation. She also advises on Court of Protection matters including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications and applications to the court for gifts and the requisite complex capacity aspects. “I am thrilled to be joining the growing trusts and estates team at Hart Brown as a partner and look forward to working in the Cranleigh office and building new relationships within the community,” commented Louise.
