Trowers & Hamlins, Manchester has appointed Lynn James as a partner to its property dispute resolution practice.
She joins with 10 years experience from Cobbetts where she dealt with disputes relating to both housing and leasehold management for clients including managing agents, developers and housing associations.
In her new role Lynn will primarily be focusing on litigation involving residential property.
