DWF has invested in its employment and pensions team, with the hire of Mark Hammerton from Eversheds, who joins as partner.

Based in the Birmingham office and with a national role, Mark will be supporting the UK-wide team of employment and pensions specialists. He has over 15 years’ experience in employment law, assisting major public and private sector clients in a wide variety of HR challenges. These have included restructuring operations, outsourcing, acquisitions and disposals, equal pay litigation, and sensitive grievance and disciplinary matters.
