Sandler (left) adds broad experience spanning banking and capital markets, markets infrastructure, investment and wealth management, and fintech, and has been appointed by the Financial Conduct Authority as a s166 skilled person.
Warren Wooldridge, CEO, said: ‘Harvey and Martin are excellent additions to the firm. Their experience and reputation in financial services regulation will further enhance the support we provide to clients operating in increasingly complex regulatory environments. We are delighted to welcome them.’ Knight commented: ‘McCarthy Denning offers a distinctive platform centred on partner autonomy and client focus.’ Sandler added: ‘I was attracted by the firm’s dynamic profile, collaborative culture, entrepreneurial approach and extraordinarily talented bench of lawyers.’
