Firm strengthens corporate team in Worcester with new hire

mfg Solicitors has bolstered its corporate team in Worcester with the appointment of Andrew Johnson as a solicitor, supporting the firm’s continued growth in the region.

Based at the firm’s Tything office, Johnson (pictured, right) advises clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, re-organisations and corporate secretarial services. He will work closely with corporate partner Sophie Thornton (left) in Worcester, as well as with colleagues in Kidderminster and Birmingham.

Thornton said she was ‘delighted to welcome Andrew to the firm’, adding that he is ‘already making an impact within the team’ and is ‘pragmatic, professional and provides quality advice’.

Johnson said he was attracted to the firm because of its ‘strong local reputation’ and ‘the exciting growth within the corporate team’, adding that he is ‘looking forward to playing my role in mfg’s future growth and development’.
