Firm expands in Cambridge
Howes Percival, has expanded its range of services with the appointment of litigation partner, Michael Green and private client specialist, Amy Wallhead as an associate solicitor.
Michael joins Howes Percival from Weightmans' London office where he headed the disputes team in London and was national head of restructuring/insolvency.
Michael has over 20 years' experience of dealing with large complex commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on company/shareholder disputes, warranty claims, partnership advice, restraint of trade, technology claims, contract disputes, contentious probate and insolvency. He has experience working with the retail, leisure, manufacturing, technology and financial and professional services sectors.
Amy advises on all aspects of non-contentious private client work including powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts, wills and estate planning and Court of Protection matters. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). She is a Dementia Friends Champion and regularly holds Dementia Friends sessions. She is also an active member of the Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire Dementia Action Alliances. Amy was previously a senior solicitor at Hewitsons LLP.
