Migrate UK— Hermanpreet Kaur

The introduction of the new UK immigration system at the start of the year has seen a surge in enquires to the Milton-Park, Abingdon based law firm, with organisations seeking the team’s specialist immigration advice and support to navigate the new complex Points Based System and rules.

Hermanpreet, who holds a Masters in Law, will be assisting the team at Migrate UK on a variety of immigration matters including research and customer relationship management.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal intern at various start-up companies and was a casework volunteer at Migrants Organise where she worked with a legal team assisting on immigration applications. 

“I’ve always had a profound interest in immigration law due to its ever-changing nature and the uniqueness of each case,” said Hermanpreet. “Every case is extremely personal to the individuals looking to establish their lives or businesses in a different country, and for organisations wanting to grow their workforce with the help of overseas skills.
